Miscommunication and Late Delivery

I ordered my couch six weeks ago.

First, they sent me an SMS a few weeks later saying "my order is almost ready". I phoned the warehouse and found out that they hadn't even begun to make the couch.

Secondly, they told me the couch would be shipped yesterday.

They were not shipped yesterday.

Today, I've been put on hold by the same person three times in a row. Eventually I was told that they have not completed the couch.

If this couch is not in my house by the 20th of Aughust then I am cancelling my order and demanding my deposit back.

Having a look at how many unsatisfied customers there are on social media as well as here on Hello Peter, I'm surprised that your business is doing so well, seeing as you are blatant *********, taking people's money and not delivering them their property. That's called THEFT, in case that word wasn't in your vocabulary.
