Mall of Africa - Poor service/damaged couch
Very POOR service and quality. I Purchased a couch R20 000 and waited 6 weeks for it to be made and delivered. When I received it, the arm rest is broken and had a big dent in it. The stitching on some of the cushion seats was already coming out and the couch itself was stained with something. I reported the issue to the Manager at the Mall of Africa branch in JHB, she logged the report and said an assessor will contact me. It's been over a week and when I followed up with her she just repeats herself, no solution, not caring, not looking to escalate or put pressure on the assessor NOTHING!!! They don't value their customers at all! I will advise you NOT to deal with this company!!!

In the meantime, we have placed an order for a replacement couch, and can’t wait for you to receive it and start creating wonderful memories with your loved ones.
