Lying to client to obtain a sale
I bought furniture to the value of R30000 at Coricraft Cresta, I informed the salesperson that I would buy the goods only if it was delivered by Monday as I was leaving for Cape Town the next day (I was at the shop on Saturday). I was promised that this would be done. <br> <br> On Monday I followed up with the head office and spoke to Penny a manager who said she could not do anything as the salesperson denies having said this.<br> <br>

Our deliveries are booked at least 48 hours in advance. It is not always easy to add an extra delivery to a delivery vehicle at this the busiest time of year for us. If there was any way that Penny could have made your delivery happen she would have done it.
We will call you to book an alternate delivery day.
