Lowest quality material used on my couch
I ordered a couch from coricraft. The material of the couch was very low quality. It kept making this fluff on it. Their advice was to cut this off with a fluff collector. This happend 3 weeks after delivery. Im apparently this was suppose to be explained at the point of sale. I have no idea why they would even use this material . the couch looks horrible. I would like you to come and collect the couch and refund me on it so that i can go and buy a quality couch somewhere else.

In the initial stages, you might notice the fabric shedding loose fibres. Regular vacuuming can play a pivotal role in preventing these fibres from clustering into pills. Should these pills develop, they can be easily managed by using a pill shaver, which will effectively remove them from the fabric's surface. As time passes, the occurrence of pilling will gradually decrease as the amount of loose fibers diminishes.
