Long waiting period with no communication.

I ordered a couch, bed and headboard from Coricraft Design Quarter in the first week of November 2017. I was told that there might be a delay with the headboard, but the order should be completed within 5 weeks. They told me that if I did not receive my goods before Christmas I would receive it early in January. I did not hear from them again until just before Christmas, when I was informed that the couch had not yet been manufactured, but I would receive it in early January. It is now the first week of January - I have contacted them only to be told that the factory is closed until 15 January, which means I will only possibly receive my furniture at the end of January, taking the delivery time from 5 weeks to a possible 11 weeks. This is unacceptable, as I have paid a deposit for these goods and no effort has been made on their side to even communicate delays to me.
