Lies, bad service & delivery failure!

I have never received such bad service in my life! I have waited two months for couches I was told would be delivered in 4-6 weeks... I am STILL waiting. Also during the process of waiting, I realised they put the order under someone else's name and surname. I constantly called to check if this was fixed. As much as Gugu tried to assist, this entire process was absolutely ridiculous. Every single week I get told my order is being shipped from Cape Town. EVERY SINGLE WEEK!! I have even taken a day off work before when I was told my couches would be delivered but it was a waste of my time and money because no delievery happened. Over the weekend their delievery guy dropped off ONE couch and said he does not know where the other one is. This is after I had already requested a refund because I do not want these couches that ARE STILL BEING SHIPPED FROM CAPE TOWN, TIRED OF THE LIES AND ROTTEN SERVICE! I really did expect more from such a well known company - this is the worst.
