Lies about their 6 months interest free credit

Hello Peter<br> I have sent the below email to coricraft on the 21st of April and today i have had no response whatsoever.<br> <br> \'Hi <br> Please note that when i took up this credit i opted for the 6 months interest free and i even told Nthabi Mabelitsa at your Morningside branch that i didn't want to pay any interest on my purchases and that i planned to pay it off in 6 months when i was signing the contract and she assured me that as long as i pay it off within 6 months there won't be interest or any other fees charged except for the R348.00 as per the attached document.<br> <br> In March when i received my 1st statement i saw interests charged and also some other fees and already this looks to me that this is not what i asked for
