Lies about items being scotch guarded at Factory
I bought six dining chairs at Coricraft and paid R780 extra (R130 per chair) to have it Scotch guarded. When I went to the store to collect it, the personnel gave me assurances that the chairs had been Scotch guarded at the factory. a Blatant lie, which I discovered afterwards, when the chairs got dirty and I cleaned it with a damp cloth. The water seeped into the material immediately. After calling twice, still no results, only empty promises...
