***** !!! they sell you a product that doesnt work!! when you claim they say its only valid for 6 months

<p>I bought a lounge from coricraft for R 22 000, included was an amount of 1500 optional and suggested scotch gurad protection which they assured me woud not allow stains from oil or water.</p> <p> </p> <p>Within days of using the couch some water spilt on the couch and it stained.... i was glad i had paid for the scotch gurad!! I contacted coricraft they sent someone to test the couch and established that the scotch guard was not app**** correctly. They replaced the couch.. I asked that the couch be properly scotch guarded as it will be going into storage as i had to relocate.</p> <p> </p> <p>Once i had moved back to my home town and took my couch out of storage I noticed 2 water stains. I contacted coricraft immediately as i assumed that it was properly protected again!! A technician was sent, he placed a single drop of water using a syringe on the leather and quickly wiped it of. He said that they would get back to me.</p> <p> </p> <p>Many months had passed and still no response.. I was busy with renovations.. i contacted coricraft 4 months later, after being pushed back and forth from coricraft and the company that's contracted to the scotch guarding, "Cabana" i was told that my leather was discontinued, eventually they found the leather and expect me to pay R2500 to have it repaired!!! What was the purpose of me paying for the scotch guard !! after more than a year and half this is the stalemate!!</p> <p>they say that scotch gurad last only 6 months!!! no one ever informed me that it lasts only 6 months! had i known i would never have bought that add on!!! The guarentee card does not say valid for 6 months !!!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>terrible service !!!i would advise people not to buy from coricraft, ever!!! and never pay for scotch guarding!!!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
