Leather Couch with Ink Marks
On delivery of the couch, it was clear that there were marking pen lines and an ink stain damage which was pointed out to the transporters. They advised that they could not take it back and that someone from the store would return to inspect the damage.

After a few days no response was forthcoming and I contacted the store and in particular, Laurence. He requested photos to be emailed which was done. Later he advised by email that these were natural marks. I requested that they send someone out as it was clearly not natural markings. There was no further response from him.

I called the branch spoke to another individual as Laurence was not in and they asked for the photos to be emailed again.

Again no response. I phoned again spoke to another person who asked for the photos to be emailed. I protested saying I needed someone to inspect for themselves. No response.

I then emailed the store manager and again no response. I followed up with a telephone call and left a message for the manager to call me back. And again no response.

As a minimum, I would like Coricraft to inspect their product and if they can not prove to me it is natural marks, to replace the couch
