Lazy, Lying *******.

Worst customer service ever or they are just really bad at their jobs. Or maybe they do not have time to deal with more complaints seeing that they are overloaded with them already! I bought a chair thinking that it would serve it's purpose well for a couple of years. I did not expect the world from it, I mean, it's just a chair. It broke. It just broke. Now I am waiting for my refund. And waiting, and waiting... No communication from anybody, not even false promises to give me hope. And they came and collected all the chairs, now I have nothing.
