Late delivery of our coaches!

It is now 16 weeks that we have been waiting for our couches ordered at Coricraft. Each time they say that it will be deliverd to us on monday, when we phone them on monday, they say that it has not arrived yet... Each time with a ton of excuses! All our payments were done on the day that we have ordered them. This is absurd.
