Late delivery

I purchased a bed and two pedestals two months ago and to date I have only received the bed. I was called by the delivery guys two weeks back to arrange for the delivery but there was no one at the house so I was told that the delivery will be done last week but the week came and it has passed and I did not even receive a phone call to let me know if there was any further delay. The coricraft staff only called me to tell me the progress of my order only during the first 3 weeks after the purchase but when the promised delivery time had lapsed no one bothered to call me and to explain the causes for the delay. I would call them to find out what was happening and more that five times I was promised I would be called back and that never happened. Can I please get the pedestals delivered or a refund please.
