Lack of service, lie to customers, laugh at customer and refuse to resolve issues.

<p>So I bought numerous things from Coricraft over the last few months, just to have most of them be sub par quality. I complained and they refused to do anything about it, in fact the one woman I spoke to on the phone laughed at me and then stated they would get an assessor to come look sometime but it would not mean anything. The legs on the bar stools are different lengths, the dining room table has splinters coming out of it, which we have already had the child get hurt on. Coricraft thought this was amusing. The cushions on the loung couch do not match and the couch was not assembled correctly, neither were the dining room chairs. I have made numerous calls just to have half the staff put the phone down on me, or they give me false numbers or there national sales number. Why would I want to buy again? Their CEO is meant to have called me, I received a missed call and voice mail promising to call me back, yet to date still waiting and when I called back I got the run around again. Either I get my refund or this matter goes to court and I will get every other person complaining to join in the lawsuit. Utterly disgusting and pathetic service. I woul have gladly got things sorted if they were professional and decent about it, now I merely want my money and nothing to do with them.</p>
