Knox Couch
I always found that Coricraft made decent quality couches, I've bought several over the years. However, that last ones I purchased are terrible quality - the bottom cushions are not covered by a lining, meaning each time we wash the slipcovers, the foam comes apart more and more. I addressed the issue with their customer service and all they said was "the Know couch bottom cushions don't have a lining, but I can go into a branch and order new foam cushions" - what kind of customer service is that???

We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us. We are so sorry that you are unhappy with your Knox cushions.
The Knox seat cushions are Dacron wrapped which helps to keep cushion cover in place. A casing on a seat cushion can cause the cover fabric to slip around and look untidy. We cannot offer you a customization on this cushion design, but should you be able to drop the cushions off at our Stormill warehouse we can neaten the Dacron for you so that they slip into the covers better.
