Just poor quality...

It is so disappointing to buy something that you have wanted and the quality is just poor!

We purchased a Koda 3 seater couch from Coricraft a few years ago, and within 2 years, it had to be replaced under warranty - we had sent it back for repair, and they just replaced it!

Last year, after the armrest had collapsed, and the "webbing" had sagged, we sent it in for a warranty repair - guess what? Within a year, the armrest has collapsed again - very frustrating!

Is this just a dud design, poor manufacture or is this the quality that Coricraft is now supplying in our "disposable" society where products are designed to last a few years?

Now, if I am not mistaken, there is a 10 years guarantee on the frame? How can the armrest keep on collapsing - why offer a 10 year warranty on something that you have to repair every 12-18 months..? Not to mention the inconvenience of not having a couch every time it gets taken away to be repaired!
