Just poor

I couldn't agree more with the recent reviews on Hello Peter for Coricraft and can confidently give 1 star. Incompetence from store staff including the manager. Never call you back, throw any problem over the fence to the next department, and can never give you an indication when the ordered items will arrive - ridiculous. I must have tried calling at least 20 times over the last 3 weeks to get feedback. Perhaps this is the new standard? I ordered a couch in store at the Ballito branch and was told 6 weeks maximum for turn around from factory. I received a call 3 weeks into manufacture that the couch would be done earlier than expected (within 4 weeks). Great, but never happened. It's now 7 weeks and the store has no idea when it will arrive. I found the salesman Bruce at Ballito store to be *********** and unprofessional from feedback through to attitude on the phone when I eventually got hold of the store! Have had Coricraft in the past and was a fan of the brand, but no longer. Keep your customer in the know - how difficult can it be, especially when you have their deposit! At this stage I have no confidence that I will even receive the correct item ordered! Good luck
