Is this the cusomer service to expect?

I went to the Coricraft store in Canal Walk today with the expectation of buying a quality product with exceptional customer service (considering Coricraft's reputation in South Africa).<br> <br> I made my first ever purchase at the store of R15000 for a leather 2 seater couch at around 14h00. The sales representative gave me the option of \same day delivery"just after 18h00. I agreed and made arrangements for my current couch to be removed and taken away from my home to make space for the new Coricraft couch.<br> <br> After numerous follow ups after 19h00 this evening"
