Is the my couches really genuine full leather

Invoice Number:h05222<br> <br> I bought new Kariba Corner Unit in Milano White from Coricaft at Carnival Mall on the 27 July 2015, the couches was delivered round about the 20th August 2015. It has been 3 and a half months now since I received the couches and the stiching on the side are about to tear on the side. I wipe my couches twice a week with clean water or dove soap .I use leather care afterwards to take good care of the couches, but if there is a stain and I wipe on the stain more than three times or to hard than the leather comes off. It happened more than 5 times now I even thought it was me but when I tried wiping the stain on another seat the same thing happenend I wiped four times and the leather come off I have about 4-5 spots now where the leather come off this is brand new couches not even 4 months old surely the quality is not good at all because none of my genuine leather stuff do that at all I paid for quality full genuine leaher couches and I didnt get that at all. I noiced some cream spots as well was the couches not ded correctly I need assistance please this is unacceptable. I now regret buying such expensive couches from Coricraft.
