Is Coricraft leather ****???

I bought a set of leather couches at Coricraft in 2015 and was assured that it was genuine leather uppers and bonded leather behind. Am am so disappointed right now to notice that the couch is tearing and it is not genuine leather at all. I filed a complaint at Coricraft-Mall at Carnival. They promised to come and have a look at them and it's been 3months and haven't heard from them. I am so angry because I was misled to believe that the couch was genuine leather. I bought these for cash and it's soo disappointing when a reputable company like this tells you lies just so that you can buy. I even emailed them pictures of the couchest and they haven't done anything about it. So so disappointed!!!
