Inferior Quality + Poor Service!!

Coricraft really doesn't respect its consumer, i will make sure that know one in my family nor anyone around me buys the useless products they sell to us, to top of it this is supported by atrocious complaints service support that i had to experience, the assessor came to my house ages ago and confirmed the defects, when you contact their head office, firstly no one knows what’s going on and they promise to contact you but no one does! I will be escalating the matter to the ombudsman, i cannot spend approximate 50k and be treated like i am borrowing some money!!! Coricraft is useless!!
