Inefficient Service

Goods were purchased and paid for during May 2015, the due date of manufacture and delivery was middle of July 2015. Eight days before the 15th July 2015 (is considered middle of the month), I popped by to see if all was on track. It was established that the goods had been ready at the end of June 2015, as per salesperson. Arrangement were made and goods were delivered on 20th July 2015.
Problem: 8 Dining room chairs purchased, had black marks, seams were frayed and piping sewn incorrectly
Requested them to collect and re-manufacture the chairs, was told it would take another 8 weeks. I wanted them therefore I was prepared to wait.
A few days later, the beautiful Sophia arm chairs that I so desperately wanted, the legs split, apparently the delivery guys had tightened the *****s too much, therefore it gave way. I called the call centre and requested that all furniture should be collected. Quality not up to standard.
I have being promised a refund but only heard excuses, after dealing with five people (sales / call centre / store manager (Rita) and also the new assistant manager(Lynette) . I still await my refund. New excuse - an authorisation problem on their side.
