Incredibly useless service

We bought a new couch from Coricraft which was delivered 3 weeks late - after no contact was made to explain the delay, then the seams on the couch are all skew and not sewn at all well, a blind person without arms could do a better job! And - then we have tried for over 3 weeks to try and get some one to attend to the matter but the manager and contact person that we were dealing with have ignored our efforts and no-one has ever gotten back to us. WASTE of time!!
