Incorrectly loaded invoice

<p>Minah Mahani from Coricraft Kramerville loaded our order incorrectly. We bought a couch but returned a clock. She was supposed to load the return of the clock to reduce the price of the couch. She did not. Now our outstanding amount is incorrect. Very poor service. She does not know what she is doing.</p>
