Incorrect order delivered, poor service and very frustrated customers

My boyfriend and I made a purchase at Coricraft Kramerville on 7 July 2018. We purchased a dining room table and bench, 3 bar stools and a large corner couch. We have spent over a month calling and emailing to get our order corrected after our couch was delivered with a huge liquid stain and the incorrect bench was delivered. We have photographs taken on the day we ordered the furniture showing what we ordered, we've also got photographs of what we received and the discrepancies are obvious. This process has taken so long we've even been told the dining table and bench are no longer being produced, thus we want to return the items for a full refund.

When someone bothers to respond all we receive is excuses and the usual "Someone will call you back tomorrow". We're so frustrated and angry with the poor service, please can someone give us some feedback.
