*********** service and poor quality workmanship

I purchased the breen leather couches, Zambezi whiskey and a king size head board early Sept 2018. Couches, looked like they were previously used, had marks, staples hanging out, threads hanging and loose and the back cushions were different sizes. Headboard was untidy and *****ed with threads hanging out. I logged a complaint at the Centurion store, they referred to the warehouse. The warehouse did not contact me, I had to get the details from the Centurion store and follow up with the warehouse, long story short, 2 months and 2 weeks have passed and I am still waiting for the couches and headboard to be replaced. I have to continuously follow as Coricrafts staff don't know what customer service is. When will my couches and headboard be replaced, the assessor Botha had initially confirmed that I would receive my couches in November, we are now in December and still nothing.
