Imcompetency and bad communication

My fiancé and I paid for a couch at coricraft and we were told that the couch can be delivered after 4 pm as that is when we are home. The warehouse in roodepoort called us and said that they are not able to do so and will get someone to call us back which they never did. I had to call the warehouse and the store in eastgate several time. The only helpful person was the manager Milly however they delivery guys pitched up at 11:30 on one particular day after they were instructed to arrive after 4. It took us about 6 days to to get the couch after paying for delivery on the day of purchase. This is just a warning to everyone. CORICRAFT and deliveries are a problem. Taking the money isn't a problem but when they have to deliver it is!
