If you want to throw away your money buy a couch a CoriCraft (they promise you dreams and only deliver nightmares)

<p>After reading so much about the quality that this company produces I decided to save up so I can get my mom a “quality” couch. Little did I know that this was the beginning of my nightmare. I bought the couch around March and it was delivered around April 2016. Within 3 months, we noticed the couch had some sort of gorge like dip and it lay flat on the ground and the two couch pieces did not align so we could not attach them together and whenever you sit on it you will find yourself sinking (everyone that came to visit voiced that issue). I then went instore (Coricraft PMB Victoria Road) where Phila a sales assistant helped us send an email in July 2016 notifying their Warehouse of our problem. We recieved no response and so i sent a follow up email in November 2016 as i had been waiting for a long time, still no response. I then went instore again around November/ December of the same year where we were assisted by the store manager who sent an email as we waited in the store and said she will get back to me (of course this never happened). Sharp, I still had faith, and I waited and waited and she didn’t get back to me. I had to go back to the store again this year March 2016 and this time I was assisted by Justine, who then called the warehouse and spoke to Sonia who said they will come and uplift the couch. Sonia carried to to say the couch was older tha 6 months and they cannot refund us, which then totally angeredas me as this problem was reported a lonng time ago, way before the 6 months even lapsed. Now the thing is it has been 8 freaken horrible months of me trying to get Coricraft to do something about the stupid couch and they have failed for 8 months, do you think I want this couch anymore? Hell no, I want my money back or a new totally different couch all together. Coricraft promised me dreams, they promised me quality, heck if you check their website they say “Coricraft made for you”, made for me to do what exactly? Pull my hair out in frustration???? Instead I got something so bad I would have been better off if I just threw my money in the toilet and flushed it. </p>
