I want my money that is owed to me

My wife and I have been shopping for a couch for the better part of a few years now.

We went to Coricraft Kramerville and decided on a couch. We paid our monies in two portions as requested before delivery. I had provided my proof of purchase as requested.

When the couch arrived it was too big to fit into my place and they had to take it away. I was then asked if I want the crane to deliver the couch and I said it's fine if there is no additional cost. I was told that there is an additional cost which I was not made aware of when the couch was purchased. We then had to pick out a smaller couch set to fit into our home and then they wanted to charge me another delivery charge which I refused as I was not made aware of the issues that face these deliveries. I then found out that I was also not asked to complete their form which outlines this and thus Coricraft had to carry that delivery charge because they did not follow their own due diligence.

I have since received my new couches but i am yet to receive my refund for the money I had over paid . I had completed my refund form on the 11th of October 2017. I followed-up on the 25th of October saying I have not received my money. On the 13th of November I had to call Coricraft to say that no one is responding to me and I am yet to receive my money. I was told on that same day that there was an internal process change which may have caused the delay and that I had to resend my proof of payment to them. I did so on the 13th and received no response. On the 14th of November they followed up on their request and I rep**** saying I sent this the day prior. I have since asked them to confirm receipt of my email twice on the 15th and yesterday the 20th of November, both without reply.

It is a month and a half since I had asked Coricraft to refund my money and this has now become absurd. I should not need to follow-up so often and I now need to start charging interest on my money as I am now even more out of pocket by Coricraft not following due diligence. I have shown far too much patience for a clear lack of service and accountability.

I want my money back.
