I regret buying from coricraft for second time , bad service from Roodeport warehouse

I bought a three breem seater from coricraft mall of the south end of July. They were supposed to deliver the couch on Saturday before 12, I waited for delivery until 12h00. I called Sharon from Mall of the south to inform the warehouse to deliver the couch on Tuesday. Coricraft warehouse driver from Roodeport decided to arrive at my place around 17h00 and I was not around. The warehouse never informed me that they are running late and they will deliver the couch at 17h00.I told the driver to deliver the couch on Tuesday, even now the couch is not delivered, I called the warehouse and I spoke to Tebogo, I was told that they are not going to deliver the couch Today, no apology of some sort from the warehouse for causing inconvenience. Tebogo never even asked my availability to receive the couch. She told me that the couch will be delivered on Friday and I'm not around on Friday. I will never buy furniture from this store EVER EVER again and this happening for the second time now. I advice people not to buy from this shop due to poor communication and rude staff members from Roodeport warehouse.
