I HAVE BEEN ****** BY CORICRAFT!

<p>I WILL NEVER BUY FROM CORICRAFT AGAIN! My husband and I purchased 2 Elliot 2 seater couches in Summer Time Linen at the end of 2015. We paid R14000 for these couches and finished paying them off at the end of November 2016. Having paid SO much for these couches, I was sure to follow the EXACT instructions on the wash care label. Cold water wash, hang flat to air dry - no tumble drying! You are not allowed to wash these couches more than TWICE A YEAR, which I have not done I have LITERALLY washed them TWICE since the end of 2015. EVERY SINGLE CUSHION COVER IS A DIFFERENT COLOUR! Not only are they different to each other, but the shades of colour differ WITHIN EACH INDIVIDUAL cushion! I have contacted customer services and have had no joy. I have been offered a 30% discount. When I explained my frustration, and disgust I was offered a 50% discount – WHEN BUYING NEW COVERS! My problem with this, is that these couches are not even 2 years old. The couches themselves are perfect and SO comfortable, but the covers are DISGRACEFUL! Not only are they faded and mottled, they are also splitting at the seams and ripping! We are not home very often, and when we are home and on the couches they are not used for anything other than sitting to watch TV / working. I am DISGUSTED at the customer service and lack of accountability I have received from Coricraft. To add insult to injury, I was in contact with an employee at Coricraft who informed me that the summer time linen range of removable couch covers were actually discontinued because of THESE EXACT PROBLEMS! Disgusting, disgusting, disgusting! These covers should be replaced AT NO CHARGE TO ME! I have also found out that there are MANY other people who have had terrible quality furniture from Coricraft And I will be sure to never make the mistake of recommending their furniture to anyone again. I will take this further. Pricing their furniture the way that they do and then providing shoddy quality furniture without accepting ownership for problems and not co-operating or being reasonable with their clients is *******. COUCH LINEN THAT IS FALLING APART AFTER ONLY A YEAR AND A HALF IS UNNACCEPTABLE-EVEN AT CHEAPER PRICES! YOUR COMPANY IS *****ING FROM THE PUBLIC!</p> <p> </p>
