Horrible service and quality at Coricraft

I am deeply disappointed by Coricraft's service and furniture.

We spent a LOT of money purchasing almost all of our furniture from the group, Umhlanga Crescent branch, but have had endless issues with almost EVERY single piece whereas we dealt with the Pinetown Factory, please see below events:

1. On delivery, they delivered 2 empty bed frames with no mattresses, even though we purchased combos. It would have been nice if someone told us before hand. 2. Our two 3 seater leather couches were left in our driveway, because they never communicated that it wouldn't fit through a standard door. After finally getting it into the house ourselves and removing the plastic, the feet of the couches were cracked and the cushions hardly had any filling in, you could feel the wooden slats underneath your bum when sitting on it. I notified the company and had to take the cushions in myself to get re-stuffed. 3. Our chest of drawers handles all turned into a green rusty texture. (Been waiting for over a year now to get the replacement handles) 4. Our 1 bedside drawer's handle came off. (Been waiting for over a year now to get the replacement handle) 5. They had to re-assemble our TV cabinet twice, because the first time it didn't align well, which resulted in the one wooden piece warping. 6. In June this year, I noticed that our dining room table is PRESSED WOOD, and is splitting on the sides, even though we've only probably used it 4 or 5 times. I escalated the query and have been waiting since 17 June for feedback, I have had to call in and send emails on numerous occasions to follow up, but with no luck! How can you sell pressed wood under false pretenses?

Absolutely horrible service and quality that costs a fortune!!!!
