HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH DELIVERY AND SERVICE FROM CORICRAFT

I purchased a couch from Coricraft in the first week of September. I specifically asked 2 sales consultants both were men, if these couches would fit through the door. The sales consultant that assisted me in the sale assured me I don't need to stress the couch will fit. On Sunday I went to Coricraft canal walk again and told the sales consultant I honestly don't think that the couch is going to fit through the front door. He then proceeded to inform me that he could arrange a different team to come and do the drop off, this team specializes in getting items in through difficult spaces. He suggested that we hoist the couch up using the balcony and bring the couch in through the sliding door. He then proceeded to book this with an outsourced company. Yesterday the company arrived with the couch attempted to take it up the stairs and it didn't work. I then told Taahir that my arrangement that I made on Sunday was that Coricraft is going to outsource the delivery to a company that can hoist the couch up. He said he knows nothing about this and is now trying to persuade me to use another company of a friend or a colleague of his. Coricraft was supposed to oraganise a company instead they send him that has no idea what is going on. I am so so extremely disappointed in Coricraft and will NEVER recommend anyone to this company. WHAT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!! STILL NO COUCH AND IT IS JUST COSTING ME MONEY BY THE DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!
