Hand Crafted or best quality. None of the above.
Purchased two recliner chairs on the 29th of November 2014. Yesr gaurantee. Lodged a complaint with Head Office. Never responded. Went to branch. Said they will contact us. Never did. Chairs completely useless and worn after a year. My guarantee expired by all means just before I lodged the complaint even though the chairs was broken prior to that. I dont buy cheap furniture from mass stores because I believe in purchasing quality from renowned suppliers. It seems that I made a huge financial mistake.
