GREAT SERVICE FROM DESIGN QUARTER
After reading so many negative reviews on this website I did not expect a good experience. While re-fitting a slip cover on our couch after its first wash on 20 December, we managed to tear a seam. To summarize: Although I had to wait until 14 January for the year-end period to end, Coricraft's service was good. Due to the guarantee being expired, I had to drive a long way to the warehouse to have the seam repaired, but they did it for free and while I waited. Needless to say we were worried about re-fitting the cover in case it tore again. Coricraft Design Quarter then provided an experienced staff member who I brought to my house, where he managed to re-fit the cover. No charge. My thanks to the Design Quarter store: manager Kaylen, Valentia and Johannes for their friendly service!
