GREAT Service from Coricraft Eastgate (Asanda)
When our 12year old leather lounge suit needed extensive leather repairs due to high usage we were worried that we wouldn't be able to get it repaired. However, Asanda at the Eastgate branch went out of her way to advise us and contacting the Coricraft repair centre to confirm that our cushions could be repaired even though she was not making a sale that would benefit her. This is customer service with a long term view in mind.

We took our damaged cushions to the factory in Stormill and were greeted by friendly reception ladies and Fiona arranged the great repair of the cushions. And we also had them restuffed, all at a very reasonable cost. Thank you, the coaches are as good as new (actually 12yrs old!)
