Great service and personable support

We bought a couch from coricraft and opted for the cori-guard as we have small children and animals. The material we chose was a new fabric and we were one of the first people to choose it. We received our couch, and our dog had a spill the day after. We cleaned it with a clean wet cloth like they recommend and it seemed that the fabric faded in that area. I immediately called Coricraft, spoke to Lenor, and she arranged that someone will come out to assess the problem. Like life goes, I went through a personal medical problem, with threatening pre-term labour as I was pregnant at the time. Lenor was wonderful in that she actually arranged for the assessment around our availability. At the end it seemed that the cori-guard was not sufficient on that part of the couch and she arranged that new covers would be made. This was done without any fuss, with personable interest in our family's wellbeing and great accommodation. Coricraft you have a star employee in your service!
