<p>I purchased a couch from Coricraft which they recently launched, there was an issue with it, but when I addressed it with Eugene Pelser he was so professional and assisted so quickly to rectify the issue.</p> <p> </p> <p>Bianca Britz arranged for a loan couch during the interim of mine being fixed, and due to bringing this issue early into their launch to their attention, The communication was quickly done and Eugenge offered a free scotch guard - which was highly appreciated.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is the type of service clients want to recieve, other companies need to learn from to treat their clients like Eugene and Bianca treated us. </p>
