GREAT AFTER SALES SERVICE FROM CORICROFT

My purchases were from the Boksburg Coricroft. The Sales Consultant I dealt with was Chris. He is energetic, helpful, pleasant and the perfect sales person. I purchased a coffee table from Coricroft where the one drawer didn't close. I notified him of the problem and he asked me to send photos of the drawer. On the same day that I complained, I received a call from their despatch department asking when they could deliver a replacement coffee table. The actual replacement deliver was also extremely efficient. I had to sign advising the length of time that the Coricroft staff took to do the change over. They worked like clockwork, and in less than 10 minutes, my new coffee table was in place. Apparently there is a complaints and compliments email address on the website, namely [Email Removed] that apparently customers can use if they don't have acceptable service.
