Great after sales service

<p>Purchased a couch from Coricraft Canal Walk and had excellent after sales service. Received regular SMSes regarding my delivery. First delivery attempt failed because the couch wouldn't fit through our gate, but managed to remove the gate and Coricraft ensured their specific delivery team (not an outsourced team) would come the second time and the couch fit through. There was some damage to the foot, but after contacting Coricraft about it, they sent an assessor to come and fit a new foot immediately. Appreciated the service and love my new couch!</p>
