Goods not packaged and Sold to another customer

Two of the four good units sold off the floor (Saturday) were to be packaged and made ready for collection Tuesday. On arrival on Tuesday, nothing has been packaged and one of the units to be packaged has been sold to another customer. The commitment to reserve, package and make ready for collection and general sales process was excellent, the follow through and final execution was dismal. <br> <br> Come on Kevin, lets see the after sales and delivery process improved!<br> <br> Regards<br> Clinton
