Good service

I ordered a new bed from Coricraft in Canal walk and was told it would take 3 weeks to be delivered.. I called on the Monday of the week it was due, and was told I would get a call the next day to arrange delivery. I did get called as promised and delivery was arranged for that week. When the bed arrived, there had been a slight mix-up at the depo, so I called the call centre number and got Natalie. She looked into it and rang me back straight away and had the whole issue resolved that day, and I received my bed as promised. Thank-you Natalie and team for being helpful, polite and doing what you promised to do.
