Furniture still not delivered

<p>I purchased some couches at Coricraft Pretoria East Branch on 7 April 2017. I was advised that my sofas would take 4-6 weeks to be delivered. In May i was told the warehouse had advised them that my couches would leave Cape Town on 18th May 2017. After making a follow up after the 18th of May since there was no further news, l was advised that the warehouse would contact me after 10 days. When querying the delay l was advised to call Coricraft Joburg Branch where l was unceremoniously advised that the sales assistant was supposed to have told me the factory closes for 2 weeks in May. I was told that there was nothing that could be done but had to wait. When l told them that this was unacceptable to wait almost 3 months for delivery l was advised that they would check with my account and get back to me. Still waiting for that call back.</p>
