Furniture Goods that were not collected.

<p>Good day, we purchased items of furniture at your store on the 09/07/2016. The furniture items were not collected as the slips were misplaced. I then called your store in Montague Gardens and i was told by your store assistants that i needed to find the slips in order to have the items collected. My mother in law whom the items were bought for has since passed away and over the passed weekend while going through her documents i came across a copy of her bank statement with the purchase date. The furniture was never collected by us (bedroom suite and chair) Acording to a lady by the name Portia works there they do not have any access stock in their books and someone came too collect these?? I have asked them to go back and check records of whom came to collect and to provide proof however i have not received any of this information. What is most disturbing is that no one is willing to assist or even do a thourough audit to check their records regarding my matter all i get told is that the goods were collected.
