Full leather suite which was delivered damage

We bought a new full leather lounge suite from Parkview branch, Pretoria in October 2015. The lounge suite was in the warehouse in Johannesburg and when they delivered it to my home in Pretoria, the one seater back was broken and the middle seat of the three seater had bad cut marks on it. The two seater cough one leg was missing. We contacted them and after a lot of trouble and time they brought the leg of the two seater. They also took the middle portion of the three seater and the single seater with them. After length back and forth discussion they indicated that they cannot replace the leather and will have to replace the full set in the new year. Coricraft brought the original set back today (05/12/2015) as a loan suite and when they delivered the missing pieces the single seater back was still broken. <br> This is around 6 weeks later and they did nothing to assist us. We bought a new set and received a second hand broken set. We are receiving family for the holiday's and now sits with a broken lounge suite.<br> They say their factory is closed, but they can replace this broken set with a new one from their warehouse which they never suggested as a option. <br> Please help!!!
