Frustrating !!!
I ordered a new couch in January - and was told that it would be delivered in the first week of March - well that never happened and was eventually delivered a month late! At the same time I ordered cushions for a 2 year old couch - as it is the most uncomfortable couch that I have ever owned. They suggested that the foam cushions would solve the problem. Well as of today 4 month later, they have finally delivered the cushions - but they are the wrong size - Coricraft suggest that I put stuffing in the side - what a joke! There is very little interest to assist in solving the issue!
We apologise for the lack of interest in resolving your complaint. A Corifill seat cushion is much rounder and the leather stretches to accomadate it. We can customise your cushions for you to the foam but will have to arrange to collect them and do it at our factory.
