Feeling humiliated

I bought a bed at cori craft Cresta and the bed was arranged to be delivered on the 28 -04-2018 , the guys send me a message that they are running late , when they got to my place they couldn't pass with bed on the passage because the passage its small so we open the house so that they can go through the house to the cottage at the back , Mpho just looked peep once and he told me that the house its small and they can't get it through the house and turned around and asked me "why I didn't buy the Queen bed because it comes in pieces" like ***.... And just like that Mpho refuse to even try ...now that's what annoys me so much the fact that he wasn't even willing to try , and he went to my room and peeped again and told me how small my room was ,I felt ridiculed and humiliated by Mpho .Cori Craft should never bring people who do not respect and love their jobs in our house !!!!!!
