Faulty bed

I bought a bed from coricraft cash about almost a month ago, ut was delivered as promised, they felivery guys could not pht it tigether due to parts that did not belong there for them to put them on, a day after 3 guys came, they still left it incomplete, they came back on day 3, left it agin until today, my bed is standing against the wall because their technicians coukd not put it together, i want another bed now because i am not sure how it will treat me when id finally done, i am very dissappointed, i am their first time buyer, so far not happy with coricraft in somerset.
