False Descriptions

We ordered a Sami Leather Slouch (left) online. Nowhere in the product description do they state that a left means a righthand side and a right means a left-hand side, naturally one would assume left means left-hand side and right means righthand side. I followed up for a month and received no communication. Only once I commented on their Facebook post, they contacted me quickly. They refused to acknowledge that their product descriptions are incorrect and wanted to charge us to exchange the couch. We spent over R40 000,00. Absolutely shocking service. Prior to buying the couch, we went into the Toti store and they also did not inform us that you should order the opposite side that you want. No logic whatsoever.
