FALSE ADVERTISING / LYING

Coricraft came out with a new range of couches last year. Excitedly I ordered the 2,9 Sloan 4 seater length couch at the end of June. On ordering - I specified several times 2.9 as advertised on their website and which I discussed with the sales person, Lesego, to ensure that I was ordering correctly. The 290 cm length is what I paid for. It eventually arrived in September. Immediately noticed that it was the incorrect size. 265cm. The 3 seater. I lodged a complaint to which an Assessor did respond and came out to review. He agreed the couch was the incorrect size and a replacement couch ordererd. After following up - the couch arrived in January 2021 - THE SAME SIZE!! Of course - lodged a complaint again. Get a 'courtesy' call from a Maria - that size is not made.???? I must choose another couch?? I must call them back..... audacity!! False advertising!! I want the couch that was advertised and that I ordered AND PAID FOR!!!!
